Cancellation Policy
Online lessons only: All lessons are held online using Google Meet or Zoom. Payments: Lesson fees are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations & no-shows: Cancel more than 12 hours before your lesson to reschedule. Cancellations within 12 hours are charged in full. Late arrival: Lessons end at the scheduled time. If very late without notice, it may be treated as a no-show. Respectful behavior: A kind, respectful attitude is required at all times. Kids lessons: A parent or guardian is responsible for the child’s use of the service.
